The benefits
Delegates will learn how to increase their confidence, be more assertive and demonstrate good interpersonal skills. This benefits both the delegate and employer through increased productivity and performance and will be of overall benefit to the organisation. Assertiveness issues can contribute to stress but by identification of problem areas in conjunction with suggestions on how to deal with them, delegates will enhance their personal management skills.
